wheeeeee! i thought i'd post some fun pictures for you. saturday was my first time climbing outside...oh my goodness, i absolutely LOVED it!! So much more satisfying than climbing inside!! Ahhhh so great!! I climbed out at Shagg with Cait, Sarah T., Henry, and John. (And Ryland and his dad were there too).

we had just hiked up the mountain and gotten to the crag. i like this picture because everyone is doing something different. john is smiling big and bright, sarah is laughing at something, and i look like i am eating my water bottle!
i got frustrated trying to unclip, so i used my teeth. that still didn't work and it took a couple of tries after that to finally unclip. or maybe i was just hungry and wanted to eat some rope. hmm, who knows!? :)
going into the last move of short shagg. (and hey, look! i finally unclipped from that last quick-draw!)
